The Good Idea program have started in 2008, between 2011 and 2014 it had been suspended and we have restarted it in 2017. The goal of the program is to build an active community with a healthy lifestyle, to support people who are responsible and conscious about their environment.
The program supports projects which aim are organizing conscious campaigns about the importance of trainings, trips, thematic days on the following topics: environmental education and to stimulate touring, awareness of our natural values, encouraging cycling, increasing the active and healthy living population, encouraging the creative waste utilization and reduction of the waste production.
The NGOS in Odorhei can run for donation once a year (in spring). The incoming projects are evaluated by a three-member committee. The NGOs get 6 months to realize their projects.
Our most important supporters are the Merkúr – the Chain Stores of Szeklerland, the Pharmacy Réka, the Harmopan JSC, the Euro-Car Trading LTD, the Mátyus Dental Studio and the Petry Butcher Shop.
Until 2017 we have supported 66 projects with 183.202 lei.
