Do you have any good idea that you would like to accomplish if you would have at least 3000 RON? Do you think this would bring a positive change in our lives? Would you like to try out a really cool philantropic fundraising project? Then would you mind if more people from our area would get to know you?

If your answer is YES, and your plan is for the Odorhei inhabitants, you should apply for the DONOR CIRCLE 2020, our fundraising gala event.

  • Non-governmental organizations
  • Initiative groups
  • Individuals

 

How can you apply?

  • An online application and project presentation form must be completed.

Who will decide?

The board is made up of members of the Charity Community, who will decide and select the 3 initiatives that will qualify for the Donor Circle event.

 

Requirements?

  • reach out to as many people in your hometown as you can;
  • the change should contribute to the development of Odorhei
  • innovative and creative activity that is well presented;
  • clear activity and financial plan; the recommended budget sholuld be 3000 RON, 5,000 RON / project

 

The board will select 3 projects to participate at the Donor Circles and get the opportunity to collect the support needed for their project.

Applicants will be notified by February 14th, 2020.

 

Good to Know:

  • Can the project team mobilize 10-12 friends, acquaintances, colleagues, sympathizers, supporters, or collaborators who are so fond of the project, that they will be willing to attend the Donor Circle Fundraising Event donating a minimum of 100 RON to support your project?
  • If a project idea is selected, a few team members will need to attend a training 3 or 4 times before the actual project will start

The implementation period of the supported projects must be between April 1st and  November 30th, 2020.

 

How will the project get some support?

The 3 selected projects, with the help of a communication expert, will be prepared for the fundraising gala event. In addition to the people invited by the projects, the OSCF and the Charitable Community invite an additional 40-50 people to the event. As part of the event, funds will be collected for all three projects.

 

The Donor Circle gala event will be at 6pm on March 19, 2020.
