On February 13th this year, the OSCF Board members met for the first time. It was a special occasion, as two major events took place: the presidential and the board member election.
With the unanimous vote of the members, the president of OSCF remained a lawyer, Katalin Lukácsi. Zsolt Márton, owner and manager of Diemre Kft., was also unanimously elected vice chairman of the Board.
After several years of dedication and active work, Ildikó Váradi-Erdős, the leading businesswoman of Boro-Info LLC has retired from the OSCF board. She provided valuable input, and has brought many valuable people closer to us.
Csaba Boros was the only one among the founders who played an active role in the foundation from the beginning. He retired from the Board after ten years. Valuable projects and milestones are linked to the foundation’s cooperation with him.
We are grateful for them for being with us and for their exemplary contribution to building and developing a culture of community and charity.
New members of the Board are: Jr. Sándor Albert, economist and Tekla Magyari, journalist.
This five-member team and the foundation employees are already preparing for organizational strategic planning, which will determine the OSCF’s activities in the years to come.
