The National Conference of Community Foundations in Romania took place on 5-7 of November, at Sibiu with the presence of all the 16 community foundations. Our colleagues together with the invited speakers explored the topic of fundraising, and new projects like Green up! and Science Fund were also discussed. Participants mostly focused on the special characteristics of each and every foundation, as well as the differences between them.
At the closing ceremony OSCF was awarded with two medals: one for the dissemination of philanthropic ideas and volunteering, and another for the director of the Foundation, Rozália Csáki, for her outstanding work in the national network of community foundations.
